Berry Smoothie Superfood


A thick and refreshing smoothie bursting with antioxidants and minerals so that you can cleanse your body of toxins and not feel deprived. With berries bursting at the seams and added superfoods this is one smoothie to add to your smoothie arsenal that will never leave you feeling hungry!



Ingredients

*Serves Two *
½ Cup Strawberries
½ Raspberries
½ Cherries
1 Cup Coconut milk
2 Tablespoons of Ground Flaxseeds
2 Tablespoons Lemon
Handful of Frozen Grapes


To Make

1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender, making sure to add the flaxseeds last so that they don’t stick to the bottom of the blender and mix on a high speed setting until thoroughly mixed and the desired consistency is reached.
