Pancit Con Lechon

How To Cook - Pansit Con Lechon Recipe

Ana and I have been talking of eating the Marikina's famous Pansit Con Lechon for the past couple of months. Only about two or three months ago that we were able to visit Marikina and have merienda (snack) there in an eatery in front of USSC Marikina Branch along Rizal Ave. (if I remember the street right).

Pansit Con Lechon is not really expensive since it is good for sharing. You have choices of Canton, Bihon or Bihon Canton. I think it was about Php 100-150 per order. We even saved some to take home after getting full eating the Bihon one plus a 1.5 liter softdrink.

That time, the only place I know where to find Pansit Con Lechon is only in front of USSC Marikina. After seaching it on Google now, there are about few food restaurants that serve such. Good Food!

Jesus Panciteria
Calumpang, Marikina
467-6515

Luyong Restaurant
J.P. Rizal Street, Concepcion I, Marikina City
Tel. no. 941-1694

Victory Panciteria
65 J.P. Rizal Street
Tel. no. 645-1553

I haven't eaten to these three restaurants, but they are the popular in the web. I think I'll be asking Ana to visit one soon. You may call them and visit them to taste one of Marikina's popular Pancit Con Lechon too.
